It is used to convert a decimal number into an octal number.</p>

	<p>The <b>DEC2OCT</b> function has the following arguments:</p>

	<p>If the specified <b><em>places</em></b> number is less than or equal to 0, the function will return the <b>#NUM!</b> error.</p>
